I don't just advise on business transformation. I have lived it. From running my own ventures to leading strategy for private equity-backed companies, I bring over 13 years of experience solving complex business problems where they matter most: on the ground.

With a background spanning law, finance and operations, I work at the intersection of strategic vision and execution. I have led transformations across aviation, education, oil and gas, and hospitality and turning around underperforming businesses, scaling founder-led ventures and preparing companies for high-value exits. I understand what it takes to build because I have done it. And I know where businesses break because I have been there.
