Over the past seven years, she’s worked with legal teams to streamline processes, embed new ways of working, and create cultures where knowledge is shared and used — not siloed.

Sarah is certified in AgilePM and Lean Six Sigma, holds an MBA in Change Management from AGSM, and co-founded the Digital Law Association. She’s a systems thinker who understands the day-to-day realities of running a business — and helps our clients make meaningful, manageable shifts that stick.
